🧭 Introduction

The Users page in the Ontraccr mobile app provides a list of all staff within your company’s workspace — letting mobile users search for team members, view role assignments, and access basic contact info.

This guide outlines how to use the Users tab for quick reference and collaboration support.


📍 Where to Access Users

  1. Tap “More” from the bottom nav bar
  2. Tap “Users”

You’ll see a full list of users in the company account, subject to your role’s viewing permissions.


🔍 What You Can Do in the Users Page

1. View All Team Members

  • Names listed in alphabetical order
  • Role or label may be shown beside the name (if configured)

2. Search by Name

  • Use the search bar at the top to find specific users

3. Tap a User to View Their Profile

The profile includes:

  • Full name
  • Assigned roles or labels
  • Contact info (email, phone — if added)
  • Potential other user-linked data (subject to setup)
  • View Certifications and Files

📌 This makes it easy to verify someone's role or contact details directly from the field.

4. Add a New User

  • Add a new user through the Mobile App

If your role includes Manage Users permissions, you can create new users directly from the mobile app.

To Add a User:

  1. Tap the plus icon in the top-right of the Users page.
  2. Fill out the required fields:
    • Name
    • Username
    • Password and confirm password
    • Division
    • Role or position
  3. Optionally add:
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • PIN (for kiosk login)
    • Assigned projects
  4. Tap Save to finish.

⚠️ While this is possible, most teams create new users through the web app for full configuration and onboarding.
