Web App: From the dashboard or clock page (click Manual Entry)
Mobile App: Tap the Manual Entry button on the home screen
Team Entry: Foremen and admins can log time for multiple users at once

Click Manual Entry
Choose the date and time format:
Start Time & End Time
OR Total Hours (if enabled)
Optional: Add a break
Select:
Division (auto-filled if only one)
Project (required if enforced)
Phase (if project uses them)
Cost Code (required if enforced)
Select user(s) — can log time for multiple people at once
Add notes (optional)
Complete custom fields (if any are required for the division)
Hit Save, then confirm
