🧭 Introduction

The Tasks section in the Ontraccr mobile app’s Action Center gives each user a centralized list of all tasks assigned to them — regardless of whether the task came from a board card, equipment profile, or general workflow.

This guide walks through how mobile users can view, update, and complete tasks in just a few taps.


📍 Where to Find the Task List

  • Open the Ontraccr mobile app
  • Tap into the Action Center
  • Locate the “Tasks” widget — it will show all tasks currently assigned to you

📝 The list includes tasks from multiple sources, all grouped for your convenience.


📋 Task List Features

Each task in the list shows:

  • Title
  • Source (e.g., related board card or equipment)
  • Status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done)

👀 Viewing Task Details

Tap on any task to:

  • See full task details
  • Review the description, due date, assigned user, reminders, priority, and any attached files or forms

✍️ Marking a Task as Done

To complete a task:

Option 1: From Inside the Task

  1. Tap the task to open it
  2. Tap the “Status” field
  3. Change it to “Done”
  4. Tap Save

Option 2: From the Task List

  1. Tap directly on the task’s status label (e.g., “To Do”)
  2. Change the status to “Done”
  3. Tap Save

✅ This method lets you update the task without fully opening it.


🔄 Paging Through Tasks

If you have many tasks:

  • Use the left and right arrow icons to move between task list pages
  • This ensures nothing gets missed
