📋 What You Can Configure in Board Settings
🔹 1. Board Title
Rename the board at any time to reflect new workflows or purposes.
🔹 2. PIN Locking

- Can be locked with or without a PIN
- Useful for preventing accidental changes
🔹 3. Cross-Column Sorting Control
Disable Cross Column Sorting checkbox:
- Unchecked (default): You can drag and sort cards freely across statuses
- Checked: New cards appear at the bottom of each column and can’t be moved manually
🔹 4. Card Numbers
Enable Show Card Number to assign a unique number to each card — useful for:
- Tracking tickets
- Referencing specific jobs or requests
🔹 5. List Index Position
Enable Show List Index Position to display a number for each card in List View — helpful for:
- Sorting or ranking cards in order
- Easy visual indexing of progress
🔹 6. Email Notifications
Enable automatic email alerts for the following events:
- Status Change (notifies assigned users)
- Card Update (notifies assigned users of edits)
- Assigned User Change (notifies both old and new users)
🔔 Email alerts only work if a card has users assigned to it.
🔹 7. Offline Mode (Mobile Only)
Enable Available Offline to let mobile users:
View board data in low/no signal areas
Make changes that sync when connection resumes
Note: This feature is currently in beta.
🔹 8. Statuses
Choose which statuses will be available in the board
- Add as many statuses as you need and would be relevant to your use case
🔹 9. Timeline Columns
Choose which card fields should display in Timeline View:
- Select fields like Start Date, End Date, Client, Value, etc.
- These will appear in a table alongside the timeline chart

- Email notifications help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks
- Use offline mode in field-heavy workflows like site inspections or service calls
- Timeline columns can simplify reporting without needing to open every card
