🧠 Important Rules & Tips
Edits are Live:
As soon as you save changes, they go live for everyone who has access.
Be Careful When Importing:
Double-check that your Excel file matches the template format — wrong formats will trigger errors.
Export Often:
Exporting your budget is a good habit for backups and audit trails.
Editing Does Not Delete Existing Data:
You can safely add, tweak, or update without losing earlier project setups.
✅ Example Scenario
You realize after setup that you forgot to set a budget for the "Electrical" cost code.
You:
- Edit the project.
- Go to Budget Tracking.
- Add missing cost and labor hours.
- Export the full updated budget as a PDF for internal sign-off.
All done in minutes!
