Update 3.15.0

We’re happy to introduce version 3.15.0, which brings a brand new Support Center and some great new features.

Introducing the Ontraccr Support Center

  • Ontraccr has a brand new support system which lets you create tickets, receive automated emails, and real-time updates for tickets so you can easily track resolution from start to finish. 
  • To access the new Support Center, simply open the help menu in the top right corner of the web app and click the ’Support’ button. This will redirect you to the new Support Center where you can report bugs, suggest new features, receive technical support, and ask any other questions. 
  • Instead of emailing support@ontraccr.com, please submit any communications/tickets via the new Support Center to streamline resolution.

Trigger Forms from Fields Within another Form

  • You can now trigger forms directly from another field within a form. This can be used to trigger corrective action forms and any other use-cases. 
  • To configure a field in a form to allow for triggering another form, simply enable the new Trigger Form checkbox within the field you want to configure. Click the settings icon next to it to define which form you’d like the field to trigger when activated. 
  • After the field has been updated with a form trigger, users will see a new flag icon next to the field in the form. If they click the flag, they can initiate the form trigger. The Form will be triggered as soon as the parent form is submitted.

Form Sections Can Now Be Collapsable

  • Form sections can now be set to collapse by default. 
  • When configuring the form section, simply click the new Settings icon next to the section title. This will open the collapsable checkbox, select this for the section to be collapsed in the form by default.

Other Improvements & Fixes

  • With manual overtime enabled, time card manual entries include a new ‘Add Overtime’ shortcut to make it easier to add overtime hours to a time entry.
  • We’ve updated the web app to display the name of the page you’re viewing in the browser tab. This makes it easier for users to keep multiple Ontraccr tabs organized in their browser window.

Clear Cards From Action Center

  • We’ve added an easier way to clear cards from the Action Center. Simply tap the new hide icon next to the card you want to clear.

  • We’ve expanded the keyword search in the manual forms page to search for project names.
