This article answers some of the most common questions about Otto, your AI Assistant in Ontraccr.


📱 Is Otto available on mobile?

No — Otto is currently only available on the web app. Mobile support will be added in the future.


🛠️ Can I ask Otto to perform tasks for me in Ontraccr?

Not yet. As of now, Otto doesn’t have agentic capabilities (it can’t perform actions inside your account).

Spoiler alert: We’re actively working on adding agentic functionality, so in the near future Otto will be able to help with more than just answering questions.


🔒 Does Otto store my data?

Otto does not store or access your personal account data.

  • We never collect identifiable or private information.
  • The only data we keep is chat history with Otto, which is used strictly to evaluate responses and improve Otto’s accuracy over time.
  • Chat logs are never used in a harmful way, and cannot be tied back to your individual account.

👀 Does Otto share my questions with anyone else?

No. Chat history is never shared outside of Ontraccr.

  • Logs are only used internally to improve Otto’s performance.
  • Conversations are not tied to your account, so we cannot see who asked what.

📂 Can my team see my chat history with Otto?

No. Your team members (or anyone else) cannot see your chat history with Otto.

  • Ontraccr’s backend systems may review anonymized logs for quality purposes.
  • We cannot trace a question back to you personally.

⚠️ Can Otto make mistakes?

Yes. Like any AI tool, Otto can sometimes provide incomplete or inaccurate answers.

  • If something feels off, try rephrasing your question.
  • When in doubt, reach out to Support for confirmation.

No — Otto is not meant to completely replace Support.

Instead, Otto is here to give you fast, 24/7 help so you don’t always need to:

  • Wait for a reply
  • File a support ticket
  • Schedule a call

Think of Otto as your instant buddy in Ontraccr who can help you solve problems anytime. Our Support team is still always here and happy to help whenever you need them.


⏱️ How fast will Otto improve?

We are constantly training and updating Otto. The more feedback we receive, the faster Otto will become smarter and more reliable.


🧾 Does Otto know everything about Ontraccr?

Almost, although not quite, just yet. Otto is trained on our official product documentation and knowledge base. If something isn’t documented yet, Otto might not have an answer — but we’re always expanding its knowledge.


🙋 What should I do if Otto’s answer is wrong?

Since Otto can make mistakes, we recommend:

  1. Trying to rephrase your question.
  2. Sending us feedback about the answer (this helps us improve Otto faster).
  3. Reaching out to Support if you need confirmation or further help.
