⚙️ Customizing Visible Tabs

You can choose which tabs appear for different project types!

  1. Go to Settings → Customization → Tabs.
  2. Select the Project Type (e.g., Service Job, Commercial Build).
  3. Check or uncheck tabs depending on what’s relevant.

Cleaner dashboards by hiding unused sections!

🧠 Tips & Edge Cases

Tabs vary by Project Type:

A "Service Job" might show fewer tabs than a full "Construction Project."

Custom Fields Show in General Info:

Any custom fields created under Settings → Custom Fields will appear in the General Info tab.

Analytics Tab is for This Project Only:

These dashboards only show project-specific data, unlike company-wide dashboards.

Forms Can Be Customized per Project:

You can import or create project-specific forms under the Forms tab (explained later).

Example Scenario

You're managing a 6-month commercial project.

  • You check the Analytics tab weekly to track hours and costs.
  • You review Work Orders in their own tab.
  • You store engineering drawings under Files.
  • You monitor invoices under Billing and Payables.

Everything is neatly separated and easy to access!
