🔍 Filtering Cards in Ontraccr: Assigned User, Project, Client, and More
Overview
Ontraccr Boards include a powerful Filter tool that lets you drill down into specific cards based on user assignments, links, client info, and more. It’s ideal for finding what matters most in boards with dozens (or hundreds) of cards.
🎯 Why Use Filters?
Use filters to:
- View only your assigned cards
- See cards for a specific project, client, or user
- Narrow the board down by custom field values
- Create focused views for different roles or responsibilities
🧩 How to Filter Cards
- Open a board.
- Click the red Filter icon near the top-right of the board view.
- Choose the filter category (under ‘Link’).
- Select your criteria (e.g., “Assigned User = Noah”).
- Click Apply at the bottom.
✅ The board will now only show cards that match your selected filters.
