Week/User Week | Arrows move 1 week |
Month View | Arrows move 1 month |
Biweekly View | Arrows move 2 weeks |
🔍 Zoom Tool: Adjust Shift Visibility & Layout Density
The Zoom Control lets you scale your view of the schedule.
🔎 Where to Find It
- Top-right of the screen, next to the Date Selector
- Shows a magnifying glass with + / – buttons
🔧 How It Works
- Zoom ranges from 25% to 200%
- Affects how many shifts or users are visible at once
- Works across all views
🧠 When to Zoom In vs Out
Zoom Level | Best For |
---|---|
25–50% | Viewing many users or shifts at once (e.g., full company month view) |
75–100% | Balanced view for most planning tasks |
125–200% | Detailed view for dense shift layouts (e.g., day view or overlapping shifts) |
🧩 Pro Tip: Combine Views + Zoom + Filters
For example:
- Use User Weekdays View
- Apply a division filter
- Set zoom to 125%
➡️ Gives a focused, readable layout for planning shifts for one department across the week.
