At its core, Advanced Search is a paid module that introduces a dedicated, high-performance querying engine for two of Ontraccr’s most important record types:

  • Forms: Used for data collection — e.g. safety reports, inspections, time sheets, incident forms
  • Boards: Used for workflow tracking — e.g. project cards, service tickets, RFIs, or custom workflows

This tool allows users to build custom queries using multiple filters, run targeted searches, and even save those queries for repeat use — all without needing to scroll, scan, or export everything first.
