📋 Board Cards on Mobile: View, Update & Submit Forms from Assigned Work Orders

🧭 Introduction

The Board Cards section in the Ontraccr mobile app Action Center gives workers instant access to cards assigned to them, without needing to manually search through full project boards. It's perfect for field staff who want a focused view of only what’s relevant to them.

📍 Where to Find Board Cards

  • Located in the Action Center (if enabled for your role)
  • Displays a list of only the cards assigned to you

📌 This is ideal for service technicians and field teams who need fast access to work orders and tasks.

  • Edit any fields in the card
  •
  • Tap Save to update the board card

👁️ Hiding Unneeded Board Cards

Too many cards cluttering your view?

You can hide any board card from your Action Center by tapping the “hide” icon (eye with a slash) next to it.

Important:

  • This only removes it from your Action Center view
  • The board card still exists and remains visible on the main Boards page

After reviewing this guide, users will be able to:

  • Instantly view only the board cards assigned to them
  • Submit mapped forms tied to specific jobs
  • Edit card contents (if permitted)
