The Status Update Block lets you set or update the status of a form during its workflow. This helps you visually track progress, organize submissions, filter reports, and communicate next steps to teams—all with simple, customizable labels.


🔖 What Is the Status Update Block?

This workflow block sets a custom status label for a form at a specific point in its workflow.

  • Statuses appear in:
    • Form logs (web and mobile)
    • Filtering menus
    • Dashboards and exports
  • You can update a form’s status multiple times throughout its lifecycle
  • Great for building structured approval or revision flows

🛠 How to Configure It

  1. In Step 3: Workflow, drag the Status Update Block into your canvas
  2. Connect it to any step (e.g., after Submit, Approve, Reject, Edit)
  3. Click the block and choose:
