We've added a new role permission called 'View Users'. This multi-role permission controls whether the user is allowed to view certain user profiles. Users who have this permission will have full access to the Staff > Manage Users page, but they will only be able to view profiles for any of the roles they have permission to view.
We've added some more options to our new 'Working Hours' feature which we released in version 3.24.0. Instead of just flagging the time cards which have logged time outside of the working hours schedule for the user, these new options can enable the time card to automatically round the user's start or end time to the scheduled working hours within a certain time buffer.
For example, with a 'Clock In Buffer' of 15 minutes enabled and a scheduled start time of 7 am in the working hours permission, the time card will round the user's start time for the shift to 7 am as long as they clock in anywhere between 6:45-7 am. If the user clocks in before the 'Clock In Buffer' period (6:45 am), it will still tag the user's time card but it won't round the time to the scheduled start time (7 am).
The 'Clock Out Buffer' works the exact same way for the clock out and end time of the time card.
We've added some more controls to invoice uploads for QBO-connected accounts. When uploading a payable invoice using the invoice upload slider in Ontraccr:
1. There is a new 'Purchase Account' option which allows the user to select the QBO purchase account they want to sync the invoice to.
2. There is also a new 'Type' option which allows the user to select whether the invoice record should sync into QBO as an 'Expense' or 'Bill' type.
We've added a new 'Info Bar' option to form templates, which will show users additional information and context about the form whenever the form is assigned to them. For example, this is very useful for form triggers since the info bar will show them which original form triggered their assigned form and will also show them a shortcut to view the data in the original form easily.
The Info Bar must be enabled in the form template settings by enabling the 'Show Info Bar' checkbox in the 'Details' section of the form template.
We've added a new setting to the 'Create Time Entries' workflow step, which can auto-submit the time entries immediately upon the form's submission. This eliminates the need for user to submit time cards separately after submitting their time entries via a form. Simply click the 'Auto Submit' checkbox on the 'Create Time Entries' workflow step to activate the auto-submission setting within the workflow.
We've added a new 'Add' button to the Time Cards pages to make it easier to add an entry for a user in the web app.
