User | Shows hours worked per individual |
Hour Type | Segregates regular, overtime, break, and double OT hours |
Division | If your account has divisions, splits hours across them |
Team | Breaks down hours by assigned teams |
Project | Filters by specific projects (with filter icon) |
Cost Code | Filters by specific cost codes (e.g., Electrical) |
You can stack breakdowns, such as:
- Division + User → See which users worked in each division
- Hour Type + Project → See what kind of hours were logged per project
🎛️ Using Filters
Every breakdown has an associated filter icon (🔍) next to it:
- Use it to include/exclude specific values (e.g., only show Division A or a specific user).
- This lets you refine reports without changing the overall breakdown structure.
