Update 3.7.0

Version 3.7.0 introduces some highly requested new features and capabilities across the platform.

Web App 3.7.0

Project Folder Templates

• Admins can now create fully templatized folder structures to make it easier to organize project files moving forward. Team can use a project folder template to automate the creation of standard folders every time a project is created.
• To create a folder template, simply navigate to the ’Settings -> Customization -> Project Files' page. Click ‘Add’ to create a new template or edit/delete any existing templates here as well. 
• When creating a template, set up all the repeatable folders in step 2.
• To use the template when creating a project, simply click ‘Apply Project File Template’ in Step 3 and click ‘Apply’ next to the template you’d like to use for the project.

Introducing Subcontract Management

• We’ve now made it easier to manage subcontracts in OnTraccr. 
  1. The ‘Budget Tracking’ tab now includes a new ’Sub-Contracts’ section where managers can easily add subcontracts.
  2. The ‘Contract’ tab now includes a new ’Sub-Contracts’ tab to manage progress billing of subcontracts.
  3. The Vendor profile now includes a new ‘Contracts’ tab where managers can view all subcontracts with the vendor. 

Customer & Vendor Labels

• Labels can now also be added to both customer and vendor profiles. 

Progress Page Updates

• We’ve made a number of design changes to the ‘Progress’ tab to make it more useful, including a brand new Summary section at the top of the page which summarizes all project costs across all categories. We’ve also added a date filter to the Progress page so managers can filter project costs according to any timeframes they’d like.

New ‘Reassign Form’ Option

• Forms templates now have a new ‘Allow Reassignment’ option. When this option is enabled, users can see a new ‘Reassign Form’ button so they can reassign the form to someone else. Reassigned forms store all saved draft data and transfer it to the new assignee(s).
