Update 3.10.0

Version 3.10.0 introduces the brand new External Forms module, various new forms templates for the Form Library, and also a new way to track time directly in a form.

Introducing External Forms

  • Normally, all forms in OnTraccr require users to have an OnTraccr account in order to access and complete them. But with the new External Forms module, you can now let any users external to your OnTraccr account complete forms! 
  • It’s as simple as sending them a URL/website address for them to access and complete the form. This URL can be added to any company website or even email signatures easily, just by copy and paste. You can also customize the look of the external forms to add your custom company branding and colours. 
  • External forms can also trigger internal form workflows in OnTraccr seamlessly. For example, a client could fill out a service request which could automatically trigger an internal work order workflow.

New Form Templates Added to the Form Library

  • We’ve added brand new form templates to the Form Library including new Purchase Order, Incident Report, and Sub-Contract templates.

Form-Based Time Tracking

  • We’ve added a completely new way for users to track their time. In addition to being able to track their time via clock in/out or manual entry, users can also just add their hours directly while filling out a form!
  • To enable form-based time tracking, admins will need to add the new ’Time Entry’ table into a form and also the new ‘Create Time Entries’ workflow step into the workflow.
  • When filling in the form, users can then add their time entries easily and this will add the entries into their time cards automatically. This is also a great way for supervisors to add multiple time entries for their team at the same time.

Other Improvements & Fixes

  • Admins can now change the logo image and company address information within the 'Standard' PDF form design.
  • Messages can now be deleted from the Live Feed in the web app.
