Time Card Shortcut on the Manage Users Page
🟨 Time Card Shortcut (Yellow Box) on the Manage Users Page
Ontraccr provides a time card shortcut on each user’s profile card within the Manage Users page. This tool gives admins and managers quick access to a user's current pay period time card without navigating to separate menus.
This article explains how to use the shortcut, what information it displays, and how it supports fast daily time tracking reviews.
📍 Where to Find the Shortcut
- Go to Staff > Manage Users.
- Locate the user’s profile card (in Card View).
- Look for the yellow box on the card — this is the time card shortcut.
🔍 What Happens When You Click the Yellow Box
Clicking the time card box opens a slider panel that displays:
- The user’s time cards for the current pay period
- All recorded time entries (live clock-ins, manual entries, etc.) for the current pay period
The view is read-only unless your role has time card edit permissions.
📌 Note: This shortcut is for the current pay period only — you cannot browse other periods from this view.
