This workflow automation automatically creates a new board card every time a new client (a.k.a. customer) is added in Ontraccr. It’s perfect for setting up CRM boards, onboarding pipelines, or service tracking workflows that start as soon as a client record exists.

🧩 How to Set It Up
- Go to your board and click the ⚙️ Settings icon
- Navigate to the Workflows tab
- Click the ➕ Add button
- Fill out the workflow configuration:
