Dashboard Widgets from Saved Exports
📊 Dashboard Widgets from Saved Exports
Embed Time Tracking & Form Reports Directly Into Custom Dashboards
Ontraccr allows you to turn any saved export — whether it's from time tracking or forms — into a dashboard widget. This makes it easy to monitor report data at a glance, click into individual submissions, and consolidate operational insights into one visual dashboard.
📍 Where to Access
- Navigate to the Dashboard section from the sidebar.
- Either:
- Click Add Dashboard to create a new one, or
- Open an existing dashboard and click Edit
- Click Add Widget
- Choose:
- Time Tracking Export
- Form Export
🧭 What You Can Embed
You can add any saved export that was created using:
- Settings > Time Tracking > Exports
- Settings > Forms > Exports
These widgets allow you to:
- View filtered report data live
- Click directly into linked submissions (e.g., time cards or forms)
- Filter based on user/project/time range right from the dashboard
⚙️ Widget Configuration Options
When adding a widget, you can:
- Select which export template to use
- Give the widget a title (e.g., “Safety Forms This Week”)
- Choose default filters (e.g., last 7 days, specific division)
- Rearrange or resize the widget on the dashboard layout
🔍 Live Data & Interactivity
Each widget:
- Reflects up-to-date data
- Includes clickable links to view:
- Full form submission
- Full time card record (including details and source form if applicable)
This removes the need to leave the dashboard to investigate entries.

- Field Operations Dashboard:
- Embed daily logs, hazard reports, and service job time cards
- HR/Compliance Dashboard:
- Show expired/expiring certifications or safety incidents
