Update 3.4.0

Release 3.4.0 introduces the much-requested analytics page into the web app so admins and managers can start to gain some really valuable insights from the data in OnTraccr! We’ve also added some popular feature requests to the mobile app and fixed some bugs users were experiencing.

Introducing the new ‘Analytics’ page

  • The Analytics page lets users dive deeper into the data being captured in various parts of the OnTraccr app. Users can analyze trends such as deal sizes, time in status, conversion rates, etc over whichever time periods are needed.
  • Note: In this first version of the analytics feature, only boards/cards data will be available. We will be adding more updates in the coming weeks to add forms data and more.
  • The Analytics page will let users create and save an unlimited number of reports based on various filters that can be applied. Reports can show sums, averages, and medians over different time intervals. Graphs can be displayed as line, bar, table, and number charts. We will be adding pie charts in coming versions.
  • Reports can also be exported as image and spreadsheet files depending on the type of report.

New user filter in schedule page

  • For users with the ‘manage schedule’ permission, we’ve added a new user filter to the schedule page so users can easily decide which user shifts they want to see in their schedule view and make it easier to view only their own shifts. 
  • To filter by users, simply tap the new user filter icon in the top left and add the users you’d like to view shifts for. If no user filters are selected, the schedule will just show all users by default.

 

Ability to add notes to manual time card entries/edits

  • When adding manual entries or editing time cards, users can now add notes easily via the new notes section in the slider.

 

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where landscape photo uploads were being cropped into portrait. Landscape photo uploads will now upload without being cropped.
