Web App 3.11.0

New ‘View Time Cards’ Permission

• We’ve added a brand new role-based permission to control which time cards users can see. This permission works similar to all of the other time card role permissions and will apply the permission across both web and mobile apps.
• Note: The one exception to this permission rule is team-based supervisors. Any supervisors assigned to teams will always be able to see their assigned team’s time cards.

New ‘Duplicate Entry’ Button for Time Cards

• Time cards now have a new duplicate entry button to make it easier to create new entries with similar information. Instead of re-entering all the information manually, users can now simply hit the duplicate button to create a new entry and modify any fields as needed.

New Edit Option for Approval Workflow Step

• We’ve updated the approval workflow step to allow assigned approvers to edit the form prior to approving or rejecting the form. 
• To enable this setting, simply check off the ‘Edit’ box in the Approval workflow step for your form.
• When users are approving a form, they will now be able to see an edit button next to the Approve and Reject buttons. They can then make any changes to the form data prior to hitting Approve or Reject in the next step.

Other Improvements & Fixes

• Equipment profiles can now be assigned to more than one division.
• Fixed an issue with the Quickbooks Online (QBO) integration where project folders weren’t automatically created when projects from QBO were imported into OnTraccr.

Mobile App 3.11.0

Board Forms Now Supported In Mobile App

• Boards forms can now also be generated and submitted right from the mobile app. 
• For boards with forms enabled, a new generate form icon is available in the top right corner of the card. After tapping the icon, users can select which form they’d like to trigger and tap ‘Continue’ to open the form.

New ‘Duplicate Entry’ Button for Time Cards

• Time cards now have a new duplicate entry button to make it easier to create new entries with similar information. Instead of re-entering all the information manually, users can now simply hit the duplicate button to create a new entry and modify any fields as needed.

Other Improvements & Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the mobile app was no longer opening users to the last viewed board card after closing the app for a longer period of time.
