🧭 Interface Overview

Once inside the Advanced Search screen, you'll see two main tabs on the left:

  • Forms: Used to search and filter through submitted forms.
  • Boards: Used to search and filter board cards based on card templates and fields.

Each tab has its own unique query-building tools, explained in detail in the next articles.

▶️ Starting a New Search

To begin a search:

For Forms:

  • Click the Forms tab on the left.
  • Click the blue “Open Search” button.
  • A slider panel will appear from the right side where you can build your search query.

For Boards:

  • Click the Boards tab on the left.
  • Click “Open Search”.
  • The same style of slider appears, allowing you to build card-based queries.

🔄 Tabs Are Independent

Each tab (Forms or Boards) retains its own saved queries, filters, and logic.

Switching tabs won’t delete your current progress.
