Static Fields let you include non-editable content in your forms—like instructions, embedded attachments, safety notices, company branding, or diagrams. These fields help guide users through the form or provide essential reference material without requiring input.


📌 What Are Static Fields?

Static fields are content-only blocks that display information. There are two types:

1. Static Text

Displays read-only formatted text (headers, bullet lists, inline images, links).

2. Static Attachment

Allows you to upload a file (PDF, image, diagram, etc.) that is displayed or downloadable directly in the form.


🛠 How to Add a Static Field

  1. In Step 2: Fields, click ➕ Add Field
  2. Choose either:
    • Static Text
    • Static Attachment

Then configure the content.
