Form Logs in Other Areas (Customers, Vendors, Equipment)
📂 Form Logs in Other Areas (Customers, Vendors, Equipment)
Beyond the Projects module, Ontraccr allows you to view and export form logs from other key areas of the platform—namely Customers, Vendors, and Equipment. These logs function similarly to project form logs and provide flexible export options to help with client reporting, vendor tracking, and internal audits.
🧭 Where to Find These Logs
Navigate to the relevant sections via the left sidebar:
- Customers
- Vendors
- Equipment
Once inside, look for tabs labeled Billing, Forms, or equivalent to access each module's form log.
🧾 What You Can Do with These Logs
For each supported area, you can:
- View a list of submitted forms/invoices/logs associated with the entity.
- Apply filters to narrow down results (by date, status, type, etc.).
- Export the filtered data using the Export button.

📌 Why This Matters
These logs are essential for:
- Third-party compliance: Share vendor or customer records when requested.
- Audit readiness: Maintain digital records of safety and operational forms.
- Operational transparency: View interactions tied to each asset or contact.
🔄 Unified Export Behavior
Wherever form logs exist in Ontraccr—including Projects, Customers, Vendors, and Equipment—the export mechanism is the same:
- Filters can be applied before exporting
- Output formats include Excel and PDF
- Exports reflect only what’s visible based on your applied filters
