📄 Date/Time Field: Capture Single Date, Time, or Both in Your Form
The Date/Time Field allows users to enter a specific date, time, or both within a form. This is one of the most versatile field types in Ontraccr and is commonly used for scheduling, tracking events, setting due dates, or logging when something occurred.
📅 What Is a Date/Time Field?
This field captures a single point in time.
You can configure it to accept:
- Date only
- Time only
- Date + Time (combined selection)
It supports validation, formatting, and field logic based on selected values.
🛠 How to Add a Date/Time Field
- Go to Step 2: Fields
- Click Add Field → Date/Time
- Choose one of:
- Date only (calendar picker)
- Time only (hour/minute selector)
- Date and Time
- Add a title (e.g., “Work Start Time” or “Incident Date”)
- Optional: Set a default value or allow past/future dates only
