🧩 Typical Recruiting Workflow

  1. Candidates apply through an embedded Ontraccr form or via a manual entry
    • A card is created in the “New Application” status
  2. HR reviews the candidate
    • Moves card through stages: “Interviewing”, “Offer Sent”, “Hired”, or “Rejected”
  3. All candidate data is stored inside the card for easy access
