Overview

The Details Tab is the primary configuration panel inside each board’s settings. It includes the core settings that define how the board functions — from card design and statuses to numbering, notifications, view options, and offline access.

While each setting has its own depth, this article gives you a quick reference summary of everything you’ll find in the Details Tab.


📍 Where to Find It

  1. Open any board
  2. Click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right
  3. The Details Tab opens by default

🔧 What You Can Configure in the Details Tab

  • List Index Position — Show a numbered list of cards within each status (List View only)
  • Timeline Columns — Choose what fields appear in Timeline View
  • Available Offline — Enable mobile offline access to this board

✅ Each of these options applies to this board only — settings do not carry over to other boards.

  • The Details Tab is your “setup hub” for core board behavior
  • Combine settings here with automations and permissions to fully customize your board
  • If you're unsure what something does, most toggles include a brief inline description
