Overview

Ontraccr’s Search feature makes it easy to quickly find specific cards — whether you’re looking for a project, a client request, or a candidate application. You can search within the current board or across all boards, and jump straight to the matching card.

šŸŽÆ Why Use Search?

Use search when you need to:

  • Find a card by name, address, or keyword
  • Jump to a specific client, site, or job
  • Avoid scrolling through large boards
  • Search across multiple departments or workflows in one go

  3. Type in a keyword, name, address, or number.
  4. Ontraccr will return a list of matching cards:
    • First from the current board
    • Then from other boards you have access to

āœ… Click any result to jump directly to that card. It will be highlighted in bold so you can locate it quickly.

šŸ” Cross-Board Search

  • Search results will include matches from other boards even if you're currently on a different one.
