In addition to using the Manual tab, Ontraccr allows users to initiate and submit forms manually from multiple areas across the platform. These alternate access points provide contextual form submission, streamlining workflows in the field or office.
This article outlines every supported method for manually submitting a form.

How:

📌 The form will be automatically saved to that equipment’s form log
🧠 Tips and Best Practices
- Always set up Manual triggers in Step 3 of the form workflow to ensure visibility in these areas
- Encourage field teams to use board cards or scheduled shifts for faster form access
- Forms initiated from these areas are context-aware and tagged accordingly (project, board, equipment, etc.)
