Update 3.9.0

Version 3.9.0 introduces some great new features and improvements to the OnTraccr experience.

Web App 3.9.0

We’ve added a brand new way to view Time Cards in OnTraccr. In addition to the classic card view, there is now a new customizable list view. This is a great way to view more data at a high-level for time cards, especially for companies that have created custom time cards.
A new toggle has been added in the top control bar to switch between the views. A new columns button has also been added where you can customize the list view to show/hide specific information for time cards in the list view. This is where you can choose to show custom fields as well!

There’s a new and easier way to manage tasks in OnTraccr. You can now add a Task Widget to your dashboards to manage all assigned tasks at a high level.
To add the widget, simply edit a Dashboard and click ‘Add Widget’ to find the new ‘Tasks' widget and it add to your dashboard as needed.

We’ve added new automated email notifications whenever a file is uploaded or a task is assigned to a user. When the file is uploaded, all users with access to the folder will receive an email notification to inform them of the new file. When a task is assigner to a user, the user will receive an email notification to inform them of the new task assignment.
Fixed an issue where attribute fields were displaying incorrect data when editing an assigned form in certain scenarios.

We’ve started adding more control over the file system In the mobile app. In this update, files can also now be moved and renamed directly. A new options icon has been added next to each file/folder.
