Ontraccr’s Manage Users page offers two display formats — Card View and List View — so that you can interact with your user base in the way that best suits your workflow. This guide walks you through how each view works, what data is shown, and when you might choose one over the other.
🔄 Switching Between Views
You can toggle between Card View and List View using the view toggle icon on the top right corner of the Manage Users page.
- By default, users are shown in Card View.
- Clicking the toggle icon will switch to List View and vice versa.

🔹 Overview
Card View presents users in an organized set of profile cards. Each card gives you quick visual access to several key fields and actions.
🔍 What You Can See in Each Card:
- Full Name
- Role (immediately below the name)
- Labels (custom tags assigned to the user)
- Time Card Shortcut: Yellow icon that opens their current time card slider
- Clock Shortcut: Gray icon that lets you clock the user in or make a manual time entry

- Spot-checking positions, IDs, or divisions across multiple users
