How the Sage 100 Contractor integration works

Ontraccr can integrate directly with Sage 100 Contractor to:

• Sync profiles from Sage 100 Contractor into Ontraccr
• Sync timesheets from Ontraccr into Sage 100 Contractor

The integration happens through a cloud-enabled connector which must be locally installed on the Sage 100 Contractor server, as shown below.

In order to activate the Sage 100 Contractor integration, you will require scheduled assistance from the Ontraccr team and there is also a small integration fee with every activation. 

When it comes to profile syncing, Ontraccr can sync the following data sets with Sage 100 Contractor unidirectionally:

As shown by the flow of data between the two applications above, profiles must be created in Sage 100 Contractor first in order for them to sync into Ontraccr automatically. Profiles created in Ontraccr will not sync into Sage 100 Contractor.

One the integration is activated and profiles have been synced, Ontraccr can then sync time cards into Sage 100 Contractor (but not the other way around):
