Form is not submitting or approving
If your form is not submitting when you attempt to, it could be due to a few reasons:
Missing required fields
The form might be missing information in one of it's required fields. For example, maybe you forgot to select a response in a 'choose one or more' field or in a 'text' field. In this case, if you scroll back through your form's responses, the form will highlight the missing fields as shown below.
Unsupported characters
Another reason your form might not be submitting is because you may have accidentally entered a character into a text or table field which is not supported within Ontraccr. For example, sometimes this can happen when copy-pasting text from another software tool into Ontraccr, the other software tool may contain unsupported characters that ends up being pasted in. In this case, the form may show an arbitrary error when you try to submit it and the form PDF preview will also not work.
