# Filtering by Date Range in Form-Based Search

## **Filtering by Date Range in Form-Based Search (Created At & Last Updated)**

### 📌 **Summary**

### **📅 Supported Date Fields**

You can filter on two standard date fields:

    - The date the form was initially submitted.
2. **Last Updated**
    - The date the form was last edited or modified.

### **🛠 How to Apply a Date Filter**

1. Click **Add Condition** in the query panel.
2. From the dropdown, select either:
    - `Created At`, or
    - `Last Updated`
3. Choose an operator:
    - **Before**: Returns all records created *before* a specific date
    - **After**: Returns all records created *after* a specific date
    - **Within**: Lets you select a **start and end date** (date range)
4. Pick your desired date(s) using the calendar tool.
5. Click **Submit** to run the filtered query.

### **🧪 Example Use Case**

To find all FLHA forms submitted in April 2025:

- Field: *Created At*
- Operator: *Within*
- Range: *April 1, 2025* to *April 30, 2025*

### **🔄 Combine With Other Filters**

Date filters can be used alongside other conditions.

Example:

- Created At → Within April 2025
- Injury Reported → Equals Yes
- Project → Equals "Downtown Expansion"

This returns only injury-reported FLHA forms submitted in April for the Downtown Expansion project.
