# Exporting Materials from Ontraccr

## **📤 Exporting Materials from Ontraccr**  
 

## **Overview**

Need to download your materials list for reporting or offline review? Ontraccr allows you to export material data directly from your current view, including all visible columns and filters.

## 📦 **How to Export Materials**

1.  Navigate to the **Materials Page**.
2.  Apply any filters you want (optional).
3.  Click the **Export** button at the top-right.

This will download an export of all visible materials and assemblies, based on:

-   The filters you’ve applied
-   The columns currently displayed

📌 *Tip:* If you need a clean extract for a vendor or manager, simplify your view using the **Columns** tool first.

## 📁 **File Format**

-   Exports as a spreadsheet-friendly format (.XLS or .CSV)
-   Suitable for analysis, sharing, or offline backups
