*Embed Time Tracking & Form Reports Directly Into Custom Dashboards*

Ontraccr allows you to turn any **saved export** — whether it's from time tracking or forms — into a **dashboard widget**. This makes it easy to **monitor report data at a glance**, click into individual submissions, and consolidate operational insights into one visual dashboard.

## **📍 Where to Access**

1.  Navigate to the **Dashboard** section from the sidebar.
2.  Either:
    -   Click **Add Dashboard** to create a new one, or
    -   Open an existing dashboard and click **Edit**
3.  Click **Add Widget**
4.  Choose:
    -   **Time Tracking Export**
    -   **Form Export**

## **🧭 What You Can Embed**

You can add **any saved export** that was created using:

-   **Settings > Time Tracking > Exports**
-   **Settings > Forms > Exports**

These widgets allow you to:

-   View filtered report data live
-   Click directly into linked submissions (e.g., time cards or forms)
-   Filter based on user/project/time range right from the dashboard

## **⚙️ Widget Configuration Options**

When adding a widget, you can:

-   Select which export template to use
-   Give the widget a **title** (e.g., “Safety Forms This Week”)
-   Choose **default filters** (e.g., last 7 days, specific division)
